God's Mission

Sep 7, 2025

Salvation is not a private treasure, tucked away in the soul for safekeeping. It is a summons, a sending, a sacred responsibility. The gospel is not a secret meant to be hoarded. It is news, glad and urgent, meant for shouting from every rooftop and whispered in every dark corner of the world. For if the gospel is true, and it is, then it must be proclaimed. The logic of love insists upon it.

God's mission is not an abstract cause. It is His heart laid bare. He is not indifferent to the lost, nor casual in His concern. He longs, He seeks, He calls. And in His mercy, He chooses to do so through His people. The Church is not an audience, but an army. Not a retreat, but a rescue party. The question is no longer whether the world needs saving. The question is whether we will go.
